In Project Bluewater 2, there is funding to help growers upgrade their spray equipment to optimise their spray chemical application. These upgrades are designed to ensure efficiency and better accuracy during spraying, and provide the grower with the equipment they need to get a better outcome with their weed control.
In this video, Project Bluewater participant Athol is shown around his upgraded rig by Farmacist's Michael Macpherson and Chris Doblo, who builds and upgrades the spray rigs for the project, and it's safe to say he's very happy with the finished product!
Project Bluewater is funded by the partnership between the Australian Government's Reef Trust and the Great Barrier Reef Foundation, and Farmacist Pty Ltd.
